None of us is as talented as we may like to think. One of the most powerful secrets I have learnt from my group of multi-millionaire mentors over the years is that "no one gets to the top of his or her game in business and in the corporate world and remain there without consciously or unconsciously surrounding themselves with the right kind of people". Can you remember anyone around you who you consider fortunately lucky to be where they are presently? You believe they are there because of the right people around them who helped them there? Well, surprise, surprise; that is actually the true definition of SUCCESS! You will never be good enough to be able to reach where you. Luck is to have the right people around you without deliberately going out of your way to orchestrate it. But now you don't have to wait for luck! I say, go out of your way and start bringing the right people into your Origin|Unite. People who have what you personally don't have. Serve them effectively; and watch what will begin to happen in your team.
Your Core Implementation Team
Some call it your Core Leadership Team, others call it your Inner Circle. In my book "the Masters' Blue-

them in the fear of he or she over-shadowing you. This is
one business where you can afford to let your core team
leaders over-take you if they have the fire-power!

Absolutely correct. TTP- Talk To People. The parable of the sower always counts. Let us be masters of the soil. Chances are that the more seed we sow, the more that will fall on the fertile soil and germinate.
For me, am going all out massive action. Executive here I come this October.
